Mildura Rural City Council projects that approximately 496 new houses will need to be build per year to meet the demand of the region's growing population. It is anticipated that this growth will at a rate of 1.9% per annum until 2030.

Real Estate Agents offer properties to rent and buy.

Each real estate office will have a list of current properties to rent, the lists are free and will give you property addresses and the cost per week to rent.

If you would like to look at a property, you will need to organise this with the real estate agent. The real estate is able to give keys for you to inspect a property, will be required to leave a $ deposit, which will be refunded when you return the keys.

When you find a property you like, you will need to apply for the property. The real estate agent will let you know if you have been successful.
